We do everything possible to ensure safety and prevent theft. Our highly-secure storage facility offers 24-hour security, which includes:

While we do everything we can to keep your personal belongings safe, we still recommend taking out protection cover with your preferred insurance company. As we do not offer insurance directly, we are happy to assist you in finding a reputable insurance company to set up protection for your storage unit.

You can pay through our website or at our reception during office hours. Our payment options include debit card, credit card, and cash.

You will be contacted and issued a late payment letter. Your unit may be locked if payments are late. If you have concerns with payments, please reach out.

We ask that you don’t store:

• hazardous (flammable, explosive)

• environmentally harmful

• illegal or stolen items

• perishable or living goods

These pose a risk to stored items and the facility.

All goods stored must be clean and dry.

Once you've picked your space, enter your details, submit your ID, and confirm your rental contract. You can pick and pay for your storage unit completely online.

Our website allows you to search and select self-storage units online without the stress of waiting to find out the cost and availability. Once you've chosen your storage space, you can pay for it online without entering the office.

Just be sure to bring a padlock with you or purchase one when you get here. 

You will need a swipe key to access the gate. We can either send this to you or you can collect it from our office.

Customers have 24/7 access to their storage units with a swipe key to access the facility gate. Keep in mind that you'll need your own lock for your unit. You can purchase a padlock from our shop if required.

To cancel our storage services, you must give a minimum 14 days written notice.

Our additional services include low-cost trailer hire for your vehicle. Renting a handy trailer lets you easily move stuff from location to location, saving time when loading and unloading. We also have trucks available for rent. Please contact us for availability.

Before moving in, we recommend deciding how you'll organise your unit in advance.

We have a box shop where you can purchase boxes of various sizes to pack your items. It's possible to order these quality packing materials on-site or online. By packing your stuff in uniformly sized boxes, you can maximise your storage space.

Our facility features three types of spaces equipped for storing your vehicle, whether that be a car or a caravan. These are generally cheaper than our enclosed storage units. The storage space price range starts from $100 per month for 6m x 3m.
